The Edo State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Dan Orbih, weekend, described the allegation by the state Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, that the PDP had perfected plans to arrest ACN leaders ahead the April elections, as diversionary tactics by the ACN.
